Meet the Owner

As a child, I always had a love for baking. My Grandmother, an avid baker, passed the passion of baking to her grandson.

Every holiday was like an episode of The Next Great Baker in my family. Growing up Italian, food has always been the heart and soul of our culture. Food was always a comfort of mine and at a young age I decided I wanted to give that comfort of food to others. I always knew I wanted to be apart of the food industry somehow.

Initially, I wanted to own a restaurant. However, my dreams of owning a restaurant faded when I discovered Cake Boss. Every “Sugar Saturday,” I’d turn my kitchen upside down, recreating cakes and honing my skills. By age 15, my hard work was paying off, leading me to the Culinary Institute of America, where I built a solid foundation in baking.

I eventually interned at Cake Boss and later with Ron Ben-Israel, whose artistry profoundly influenced me. Inspired, I launched Vincenzo Salvatore Cakes, a luxury brand known for realistic sugar flowers and dedication to clients. While we keep up with trends, staying true to ourselves remains timeless.
